Introduction Of CVC Fabric

Update:21 Oct

The composition of CVC fabric is (60%-70% cotton) + (30%-40% polyester). Because it contains polyester, it has good wear resistance and wrinkle resistance, and because CVC fabric contains more cotton, it feels good Soft, and non-irritating to the skin.

However, because polyester fiber is a hydrophobic fiber, it has a strong affinity for oil stains, and it is easy to absorb oil stains. Moreover, it is easy to generate static electricity and absorb dust during the wearing process. As for whether it is difficult to wash or not, it mainly depends on the properties of polyester:

Polyester is an important variety of synthetic fibers and is the trade name for polyester fibers in my country. It is a fiber-forming polymer prepared from purified terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethylene glycol (EG) through esterification or transesterification and polycondensation reaction— — Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), fibers made by spinning and post-processing.

Fiber products have strong water absorption and are more hydrophilic than cotton, so CVC is of course easier to wash than pure cotton!

It is reasonable to use CVC fabrics for sportswear, because the human body is prone to sweating during exercise, and outdoor sports are more likely to stain clothes, so it is easier to clean with CVC fabrics!
